Signature Burgers

We craft our beef burgers from custom-ground local beef from Knoche’s Butcher Shop, hand pattied and grilled to perfection.

Substitute grilled chicken breast, a VBC crispy chicken patty or a VBC vegetarian black bean patty at no additional cost.  Sensitive to gluten? Substitute our regular bun for a gluten free bun for $1 extra.

Served with your choice of: sidewinder fries, tater tots, mashed potatoes, pub chips, cottage cheese, chef’s veggies, fresh veggies & ranch,  or VBC spicy coleslaw. (Sub soup or salad for an additional $2.50)

Cowboy up with our tasty western-inspired burger! Topped with bacon, cheddar, fried onion rings & VBC BBQ sauce on a brioche bun.

Black & Bleu $12.75

A beef patty topped with bacon, bleu cheese, caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms & roasted garlic aioli on a brioche bun.

High on the Hog $13.75

A beef and pork patty blended with peppers. Topped with honey cilantro quark, ghost pepper bacon & apple broccoli slaw. Served on a brioche bun. This pork is raised for us & fed on our vegetable scraps & spent grain from brewing.

Beef patty topped with roasted jalapeño cream cheese, fried jalapeño slices & a candied bacon spread on a brioche bun.

Breakfast Burger $13.50

A knife and fork burger laid on texas toast with a beef patty, egg, bacon and a tater tot patty, smothered in sausage gravy, american & pepper jack cheeses.

Juicy Jen $13.75

Two-third pound burger stuffed with fresh mozzarella and roasted tomato. Topped with bacon and caramelized onions & drizzled with balsamic reduction. Served on a brioche bun. Cooked only medium well.

Fresh patty grilled to your liking with lettuce, tomato, onion & pickle on a brioche bun. Add another patty: $5

Choice of cheese: cheddar, feta, swiss, american, muenster, pepper jack, provolone, bleu cheese & VBC queso. $.85 each
