The second incarnation of our locally-sourced artisan burger is topped with melted sheep’s milk havarti from Rock Cheese Company. VBC black pepper aioli, balsamic syrup, baby greens, caramelized onions and fresh strawberries top it off. Boom- that just happened!

Black and Bleu Burger - $9.75

Topped with bacon, bleu cheese, caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms & roasted garlic aioli on a Parker House roll.

Hold the Beef Patty - $9.50

Take pride in our community with every delicious bite! This burger features locally sourced ingredients. Topped with aged white cheddar cheese from Cedar Grove Cheese Factory, fresh apple, arugula, VBC black pepper aioli & drizzled with an apple cider vinegar reduction.
