Beer Dinners
What do you get when culinary creativity and innovative beer-brewing share the stage? Vintage Brewing Company's monthly beer dinners, of course! Our chefs and brewmaster channel their creative forces to bring you a unique, made-from-scratch, and often themed food and beer paired dinner, impossible to experience anywhere else. Composing a fresh and exciting menu, independent of our standard dinner menu, carefully paired with our award-winning VBC brews - this is where our chefs' talents shine brightest! Come experience Madison's best new beer dinner event for yourself.
Our beer dinners are tentatively scheduled for the first consecutive Tuesday and Wednesday of every month. Our next dinners will be on March 6th at 6pm and March 7th at 7pm. This month's theme is "In like a lamb. Out like a lion." and centers around Irish and Scottish cuisine.
Reservations by ticket purchase only ($60 per person - includes tax and gratuity charge). Seating is limited, so please come in or call (608-204-2739) to reserve seats (credit cards accepted).
Beer Appreciation Events
Join us each month for a themed beer sampling led by a knowledgeable host. Our next event is on Wednesday - February 29th at 6:30pm and the theme is "Boxing of the Bocks"! Join guest hosts Rob Lobreglio (brewing director of The Great Dane) and Kirby Nelson (brewmaster of Capital Brewery) for an enlightening and entertaining throwdown about German-style high strength lagers! Each brewer will be bringing four of their different bocks for sampling. Get your ringside seats today!
Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Call or stop by the brewery to purchase pre-sale tickets.
Live Blues Jam with the Madison Blues Co-op
Enjoy a live blues jam hosted by the Madison Blues Co-op with Daniel Walkner on Wednesday nights! This is a rotating cast of some of Wisconsin’s finest musicians cutting loose on some of the swingingest, funky blues on the planet. Amps and P.A. will be provided. Bring your axe, keys, harps, drumsticks, or voice and let’s boogie! Starts at 8pm and ends around midnight. No cover!
Kamikaze Karaoke
Come belt out your favorite tunes every Thursday from 10pm until close with B Kuhl Entertainment. Each week is a new theme. Enjoy $3 VBC brews while you take your chances at winning a $20 VBC Gift Card by going "Kamikaze"! Visit B Kuhl Entertainment on Facebook to find out what the theme of the week is.

Come check out local talent and plan on dancing because we have live music almost every other Saturday from 10pm until close. No cover!

Hops and Props - Saturday March 3, 2012, 6:30-10pm at the EAA AirVenture Museum in Oshkosh.

Sample over 250 different extraordinary beverages provided by micro-breweries and distributors from across the world. Learn about the brewing process and history, and become a discerning beverage taster. Hops & Props will offer you an opportunity to meet master brewers and understand the distinguishing characteristics of Ales, Lagers, and hybrid or mixed styles of beers. Wheat beers, fruit beers, stouts, English Bitter, Porter, Meads…discover the differences and your preferences. Burning Sox at the Rox - March 25th, 2012, 3-6pm "Joint fund-raiser with the Ferry Bluff Eagle Council and the Sauk Prairie River Project Association. Music, excellent food, and, of course, a bonfire to burn your winter sox. $10 cover charge, plus meal and beverages."
Hey Ladies, come join our club!
The FEMs - March 8th, 6:30 to 7:30pm. Do you love craft beer? If so, come join Vintage Brewing Co's women-only beer tasting group, the FEMs (Females Enjoying Microbrews)! Meetings are now tentatively scheduled for the second Thursday of the each month at 6:30 at our place. Our group host Robyn will be heading this venture. Feel free to call or come in to chat with her.
